| Recommended BIORHYTHMS:
A Step-by-Step Guide by Peter West (58 pages) is an excellent
book for introducing someone to biorhythm(s). Only $7.95, it is available through
your local bookseller or from Amazon.com or BanesandNoble.com
It
gives a short history, explains the cycles, tells you how to interpret a chart
and gives some samples of famous people and their critical days. It does NOT give
you everything you would need to construct a chart for yourself (or for someone
else), but it does give you easy to follow instructions after you find out where
each of your cycles is at the beginning of a month. BIORHYTHM:
A Personal Science by Bernard Gittelson (431 pages)
DOES give you enough information to make a chart. It is very,
very thorough with lots of information for those who are ready for some serious
studying. Over one million copies have been sold and it has long been considered
the "bible" of biorhythm. The price is right: $5.99 The
current edition (the ninth) is subtitled "1997-98-99 Edition," but it
is still valid for all born before January 1, 2000. It is readily available through
your local bookseller or over the Internet (see site links at the bottom of this
page).
